Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned if the malfunction does not come from the watch itself.
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. Returns will therefore be sent to the address indicated in the instructions by email to contactmilleniumcompany@gmail.com.

PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW

1 - Make the request by email before 14 days following receipt of your order to contactmilleniumcompany@gmail.com , indicating all the necessary information.

2 - Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned within a maximum of 10 days following the exchange request to the following address:

3 - The refund will be made upon receipt of the product within approximately 14 days. The refund method will be identical to your payment method made when purchasing the product.
